Pendleton – Pendleton was once known for its red light district, when it had over 20 brothels in the city. It was also known as a place for manufacturing Indian blankets and men’s shirts in the late 1800’s.
Albany – Albany is known as the rare metals capitol of the world, with high productions of titanium and zirconium. Albany was officially named as a city in 1864.
Roseburg – Although lumber was a main source of income for Roseburg, the recent popularity of wine has made it the number one product from the city. Roseburg has a total population of about 20,000.
Klamath Falls – The city of Klamath Falls has the worst unemployment rate in the state of Oregon. The city is home to the Oregon Institute of Technology, and potatoes are a main product.
